The Cobblers assistant boss on Northampton Town 3 Barnet 0
Cobblers assistant Alan Knill felt Northampton Town thoroughly deserved Saturday’s 3-0 home win against Barnet.
“It’s a great three points and we’re delighted,” he said.
“It was a much better performance today than on Monday and the crowd were excellent again.
“We felt we needed to freshen things up today, Sam Hoskins is always really bright and sharp in training and you know what you get with Ricky Holmes.
“The squad itself is in a really good position and we know that behind the first eleven we have that strength in depth.
“We are talking to Dominic Calvert-Lewin and Sheffield United about extending his loan and hopefully we can get something sorted with that.”
