All the team news ahead of Northampton Town v MK Dons

Cobblers boss Chris Wilder previews the Emirates FA Cup third round tie against Milton Keynes Dons and says the pressure is off his side.

“It’s a free hit for us,” he said.

“We know it will be tough but however you dress it up it’s our players against their players and the game will be as easy or as hard for them as we make it.

“It will be a different type of game to what we’ve been used to playing in League Two, technically they have got some very good players and collectively it’s a good team that we are up against.

“It’s a local derby and there will be a full house here yet again which is great for the players and we are going to give it a right go.

“We know that we are going to have to play really, really well and all of our players are going to have to be at the top of their game but we are in good nick.

“A lot of things are going to have to go our way for us to get a result but we are confident.

“Hopefully it will be our day and we’d all love for this run to continue.”
