The Cobblers boss on Hartlepool United v Northampton Town

Cobblers boss Chris Wilder is expecting another  very tough game in Saturday’s trip to Hartlepool.

“We got the job done on Tuesday and now we move on to another tough game,” he said.

“Hartlepool are another team fighting for their lives and we know that we are there to be shot at.

“Teams will raise their game against us and they will want to be the ones to end the magnificent run we’re on.

“First and foremost we need to match the work rate and endeavour of the opposition and it will be another competitive, tough game.

“I thought we were always in control on Tuesday night and after we scored there was only going to be one winner.

“We looked strong, we were excellent in the second half without really putting the finishing touches to it and the only slight criticism was that maybe we didn’t put the game to bed.

"We need to keep our standards high and we will need to be at our best to get a result this weekend."
