Football League Youth Alliance Merit Division action
Northampton Town’s under 18s travelled to Bristol Rovers on Saturday in the Football League Youth Alliance merit division.
The Cobblers won the game 4-0 with two goals apiece for Shaquille Master and Shaun McWilliams.
“It was an excellent performance in tricky conditions,” said Lead Foundation Coach Mark Lyons.
“The weather made it difficult but there was a real togetherness about the group in what was a good team performance.”
