Cobblers boss Rob Page says he may consider making changes to his side for Tuesday's Checkatrade Trophy tie against Wycombe Wanderers.

"We have had a very hectic start to the serason," he said.

"Not only that, but we have been taken to extra time twice and we have another busy period coming up, so we need to take a view on the fitness of some of the players.

"We will be picking a side to try and win the game, but we also have a few boys carrying knocks. Alfie Potter and Sam Hoskins missed out on Saturday with knocks and Gabriel Zakuani will be away on international duty.

"We will see how they boys report after the weekend and pick the best side we can to go and try and win the game. It is a competition we want to do well in."

One player who will miss the game is Gabriel Zakuani, he is away on international duty with DR Congo.
