Northampton Town could be mathematically promoted next Saturday.The Cobblers currently lead 4th placed Plymouth Argyle by 16 points 6 games to play. This means, if the Cobblers beat Bristol Rovers at Sixfields, the Cobblers will return to League 1 after seven seasons in League 2, whatever happens elsewhere.
A draw will be enough, as long as Plymouth and Accrington don't win.
The Cobblers could also secure the League 2 title if they win and Oxford United don't.
