Midfielder hoping for good news
Cobblers midfielder Paul Corry has gone for a scan on a knee injury picked up in training.
“Paul twisted his knee in training,” confirmed Cobblers boss Chris Wilder.
“He was just getting himself in the frame and I’ve got to say he was pretty close to being selected so it’s a disappointing one for Paul.
“These things happen in training, it’s a contact sport and we have to train how we play.
“We will wait for the results of the scan but it’s a disappointing one for us and for the player.”
