Ben had a fantastic day at Sixfields
We were delighted to receive the below email from Mr Matt Watford after his son Ben was a mascot at the Oxford United game.
"Please could my thanks be passed to everyone concerned who were involved in making the mascot day against Oxford United for my son Ben (who is a massive Cobblers fan) a wonderful experience. Phil, the host, was exceptional and made the whole day flow so well and feel very personal to Ben, so please pass on our thanks to him. The players were really friendly and all signed his ball and programme and happily chatted and posed for photos with all three mascots. Could a special thanks be passed to Mr Wilder for taking the time out to speak with and have a photo with Ben in his manager's seat. And then walking out of the tunnel with Ryan Cresswell on to the pitch will probably be his most memorable moment, we look forward to seeing the official photos. Winning 1-0 really capped off a brilliant day for him. Once again thank you on behalf of his Mum and I for a fantastic time and a lasting memory for Ben."
