Young fan enjoyed his Sixfields experience
We were delighted to receive the below email from Adam Marks after his son Alfie was a mascot against Oxford United recently.
Alfie had the most amazing time and loved every minute. Thank you for all your help in organising the day and also please thank Phil for how welcome he made us feel and doing all he could to make the day that extra bit special.
A special thanks also to the two ladies in the club shop (sorry I have forgotten their names) who we saw in the morning when changing Alfie's kit to a smaller size, they really were just brilliant and so friendly.
Because of the two ladies, Afie was also luckily enough to meet Ricky Holmes (his favourite player) who at the time was having a massage. Ricky was kind of enough to take time out and take Alfie into the dug out for a picture which really did start his day off with a bang!
This amazing opportunity was made possible by the two ladies and I can't thank them enough especially as Ricky was injured for the match and Alfie was a little disappointed that he wouldn't get to walk out with him.
The whole day and experience has spurred Alfie on to enjoy and be more committed to football than ever in the hope that one day he can be a player leading out a mascot at Sixfields.
