All the team news ahead of Cambridge United v Northampton Town
Brendan Moloney and Evan Horwood have both stepped up their return to fitness after coming through 90 minutes in a practice match this week.
“We had a practice match in house this week and Evan and Brendan both came through 90 minutes,” said Cobblers boss Chris Wilder.
“That is really good news for them and the match also gave us the chance to bring a few other players up to scratch.
“Alfie Potter had some fluid drained from his leg on Monday and he has been involved in training this week.
“That is another boost for us but we are going well and we don’t envisage making too many changes to the team that has got us on this run.”
