NO FRESH INJURY CONCERNS AS RICKY HOLMES CONTINUES PROGRESS

The Cobblers boss with team news ahead of Notts County v Northampton Town

Chris Wilder says he has no fresh injury concerns to contend with ahead of the weekend’s game at Notts County.

“Paul Corry and Ricky Holmes are the only two unavailable,” he said.

“Paul is long-term, Ricky is another week along and we are still hoping to have him back for the Yeovil game.

“He wasn’t ready to play in the behind closed doors game we had at Peterborough this week but he’s been training and he is progressing well.

“The game at Peterborough gave us the chance to give some players some more minutes and it’s vital that we keep everybody fresh.

“For the players who haven’t been starting games recently, their time will come and they need to be ready.”
