Chris Wilder on making further additions to the squad
Chris Wilder says that talks are ongoing with potential signings and that progress is being made.
“We are working hard on bringing players in, Alfie Potter and Nicky Adams became available and sometimes you have to move quickly," he said.
“This is an important time for us and we have made a good start.
“I think you will see with other clubs as well things really start to happen in the next week to ten days and we will be looking to add to the squad.
“Alfie and Nicky are fantastic first signings for us and hopefully there will be a few more to follow in the key positions we need to sort out.
“Alan and I are working extremely hard to make sure that we bring in the right players, we’ve got a good base to build from and if we can add to that over the next few weeks then hopefully we will have a really strong group to work with in pre-season.
“No decision has been made on Shwan Jalal yet and we are still looking around and weighing up our options."
