Your chance to have your say on a whole range of issues
Northampton Town are undertaking the club's biggest ever exercise to hear the views of supporters.
The club have launched a major fans survey, requesting views on a whole range of issues from season tickets, match tickets, the matchday experience at Sixfields, food and drink, retail, community work and more.
The survey can be taken online here.
"This survey is a demonstration of our commitment to fan consultation and market research," said Chief Executive James Whiting.
"While, through social media, Open Forums, the Supporters Trust and direct contact, we do interact with many supporters on a regular basis, we are aware there are many supporters who may not contact us through those channels and we want to make sure everyone has their say.
"We want to know what supporters think we do well, what we don't do so well and where we can improve.
"We will assess and report the results when the survey has closed. We will do all we can to implement any changes where the survey delivers a clear wish on behalf of supporters, and I would encourage all supporters to use this opportunity to have their say.
"We anticipate this will be the start of regular surveys, each summer, and should give both the club and supporters an opportunity to measure progress.
"This is part of a new strategy that will see us increase the level of supporter interaction, and from next season those supporters who have just attended Sixfields for the first time will receive an email asking for their opinion on how they found the matchday experience and where we can improve."
The closing date for the survey is Friday July 17th.
