Squad put through their paces at Moulton College
The squad were at Moulton College on Tuesday, being put through their paces with a series of running exercises by Head of Sports Science Matt Prestridge.After Monday's gym testing at Sixfields, the second day of pre-season saw a series of sprints before a punishing bleep test with a difference that saw some of the summer cobwebs blown away!
