Club delighted to receive email from Mr Moore
We were delighted to receive the below email recently from Mr Moore after his son was a mascot at the Cambridge game towards the end of last season.
Dear Cobblers,
I have been meaning to send this email for a while and I have now eventually got round to it. At the back end of last season my son Oliver Moore was a mascot for the home game against Cambridge United. The whole day was a totally fantastic experience for him, from the minute we arrived at the ground. Everybody we came into contact with that day connected to the club were excellent, nothing was too much trouble and the part that made my son’s day was meeting his favourite player Chris Hackett. The photo he had taken with him on the pitch now stands proudly on his desk.
We live in Bury St Edmunds and all the boys he goes to school with support a Premier League club but he has never hidden the fact his team is Northampton Town and is very proud of that fact.
