Former Torquay and Swindon striker pens Sixfields deal
Northampton Town have signed former Torquay United winger/striker Billy Bodin on a contract until the end of the season.
22 year old Bodin started his career at Swindon Town and scored three times in eleven starts and 5 substitute appearances before joining Torquay United on loan, where he scored five times in 17+2 appearances.
A nine game loan spell at Crewe followed before he joined Torquay on a permanent basis for around £70,000, scoring six times in 66 starts and 7 substitute appearances.
Bodin suffered a knee ligament injury at the end of last season but has been training at Sixfields and has been offered a deal having proved his fitness.
