Cobblers boss Chris Wilder with an injury update on Zander Diamond and Gregor Robertson, who both had to be substituted during the first half of Sunday’s game at Tranmere.

“Zander is going to be out for two to four weeks,” confirmed Wilder.

“Gregor took a big blow to the ribs and I’m not expecting him to be available for Saturday.

“He is still in a lot of pain and losing two of your back four in a game was a real blow and even more so for the forthcoming games.

“We will look to get Lewis Hornby some games in January or maybe even get him out on loan to get some game time.

“John-Joe O'Toole has come back in and I’ve got to say his attitude has been great. His general play and commitment was a highlight of Sunday, we want to get the best out of him and hopefully he can now kick on.”
