“We ended 2014 on a poor note and we can’t hide from the fact that for the last couple of months results have been really disappointing.
“All the games have been tight but as I’ve said before we need to be better and more ruthless in both boxes.
“The fans have been different class and I think they can see the effort that is going in. We need to keep that going and make sure we make better decisions in key areas.
“The fans want us to do well and we are desperate to do well for them.”
