There are a large number of tickets to be collected ahead of Saturday's game with Portsmouth, so to help all supporters collect their tickets in a timely manner, please can we make you aware of the following.
We are open from 10am on Saturday, and from then until 1pm tickets can be collected from the ticket office.
From 1pm on Saturday, the following arrangements will apply.

Please collect from window 1 of the ticket cabin opposite the ticket office
SURNAME BEGINNING G-O
Please collect from window 2 of the ticket cabin opposite the ticket office
SURNAME BEGINNING P-Z
Please collect from the ticket office
If collecting tickets, please arrive early (don't forget the mobile bars and Carr's Bar will be open from noon) and have your ID ready.
If your collection doesn't involve Portsmouth match tickets, please consider collecting from the ticket office after the game.
The 175 remaining tickets for the Portsmouth game are on sale from 10am on Saturday from the ticket office to personal callers and by calling 01604 683777.
Tickets for other forthcoming home games against Accrington Stanley, Barnet and Milton Keynes Dons are also on sale, as are tickets for the York City away game.
Between 2pm and 3pm on Saturday, the ticket office will only be selling tickets for the Portsmouth game (subject to availability) and dealing with the appropriate collections.
Sales of other games will resume after the Portsmouth game.
Supporters using the North Stand should note they will be able to purchase food from the mobile bar at half time, please follow the directions of the stewards.
