The Cobblers boss ahead of Northampton Town v Accrington Stanley
After the aborted trip to York City on Boxing Day, Cobblers boss Chris Wilder is looking forward to Monday’s visit of Accrington Stanley.
“It’s a big game,” he said.
“Accrington are going really well and the game we had at their place earlier in the season could have gone either way.
“Since then things have changed a bit financially for them as well and that is great for John (Coleman) because he has always had that to battle against.
“They are playing good football, I’m sure they will come to try and win and with the way we play it should be a great game.
“Hopefully we will have another big crowd in on Monday and we want to finish the year off on a high.
“We’ve had a great 2015 but now is the time we really want to kick on again.
“We’ve ridden out the troubled times we’ve had and we are in great shape on and off the pitch.”
