Midfielder returns to Sixfields
Northampton Town have signed Leicester City midfielder Ryan Watson on loan until January 3rd 2016.
Watson, 22, who came up through the ranks at Wigan Athletic before joining Leicester in summer 2013, had a previous loan spell at Sixfields at the start of the 2014/15 season.
He made 5 appearances for the Cobblers before his stay was cut short by a cruciate knee ligament injury.
After returning to Leicester Watson is now fully fit and having impressed Chris Wilder during his initial stint at Sixfields the Cobblers boss has moved to re-sign the midfielder.
Watson has been allocated squad number 19 at Sixfields and does have permission to play in the Capital One Cup.
