Cobblers boss Chris Wilder previews the Easter Monday clash against Cambridge United at Sixfields.

“It will be tough but if we can get a win it’ll be four points over the two games this weekend and that would be a decent return,” he said.

“I think Cambridge have sold out their allocation and if we can get another big crowd in then that will give the lads a big boost.

“The crowd have got a massive part to play and if we can get an atmosphere like we did against Luton then the players will relish that.

“We are on the right track and I believe that we are producing a side that is giving a lot for the football club and the shirt. I think generally we try and play good attacking football and we try and get the ball down and play.

“We got ourselves off the canvas on Friday and the supporters saw a group of players giving absolutely everything for the football club.

“That is a fantastic sign for us going forward and if we don’t achieve this year we are certainly on the right track in terms of getting ourselves out of this division.”
