Chris Wilder on Morecambe v Northampton Town
Cobblers boss Chris Wilder was a happy man as he reflected on Saturday’s 1-0 win away at Morecambe.
“It was a fantastic performance and a great result,” he said.
“I think it’s the biggest result of our season so far after what happened last week. We’ve worked really hard all week and I believe it was a deserved result.
“We pride ourselves on being disciplined and hard to beat and we weren’t that last week but today we really limited Morecambe to very few chances.
“It was a really big game for us today, the result might not look much but we’ve put in a really big performance.”
