Football League Youth Alliance action
Northampton Town’s youth team welcomed Stevenage to Moulton College on Saturday in the Football League Youth Alliance.
The Cobblers won the game 2-1 thanks to goals from Robbie Parsons and Richard Parker.
“We were losing at half-time but the players showed good character to come back,” said youth development coach Lee Garlick.
“It was a much stronger performance from the players in the second half and in the end I think we deserved our victory.”
