Young defender to spend a month on loan
Northampton Town defender Connor Roberts has joined Southern League side Biggleswade Town on a month's loan.
18 year old Roberts, who has yet to make an appearance for the Cobblers, will benefit from this move, according to Northampton Town manager Chris Wilder.
"For a young player, there is nothing quite like playing regular, first team football," he said.
"Connor will benefit from this loan. It will give him the chance to play senior football, first team football, in an environment where results matter.
"We will monitor his progress and we wish Connor well."
