Details of some of the changes the fans can expect to see over the summer
We are aware that supporters are eager for more details of the ongoing redevelopment work at Sixfields, and we are currently awaiting updated artist's impression images which we will share with supporters when available.
In the meantime, we can confirm the capacity of Sixfields will increase to just under 9,000 and the new East Stand will include 10 luxury executive boxes, a new Legends Lounge which will be hosted by a former player or two at each game and an indoor family area which will contain fun events and activities for younger supporters as part of a new concourse, as well as new food outlets and kiosks.
The West Stand will see four luxury suites added with a conference centre, including a room that can host up to 600 delegates, and a hotel adjacent to the new stand.
While the majority of the work will be completed in time for the start of the season, work on the conference centre and hotel will begin in the autumn.
Further news of other changes in the West Stand will be announced towards the end of the week, once all members in those areas have been contacted directly by the club.
