A look back at 2013/14
The Cobblers started a crucial month with a 1-0 win at Accrington, before beating Burton Albion by the same score at Sixfields.That set up an important Good Friday game at Wycombe, 2,300 fans backing the Cobblers in a 1-1 draw. A positive performance against Portsmouth on Easter Monday then went unrewarded in a 1-0 defeat.
A superb first half performance at Dagenham saw the Cobblers win 3-0 with two goals from Ivan Toney, meaning that a win over Oxford on the last day would secure safety.
Safety was duly achieved thanks to a 3-1 success.
