Cobblers boss Chris Wilder previews this Saturday’s Sky Bet League 2 trip to Scunthorpe United.

“Scunthorpe are an excellent side and they are deservedly at the top of the league,” he said,

“We know that we will need to be at our best but we’re a confident group and the key thing is that we are in good form.

“March is a massive month for us and it’s important that we have a decent month.

“Last week was a good week for us and the players can be pleased with their efforts but we need to keep going.

“There is still a lot of hard work to do and there are going to be days when things don’t go for us but with the work we are putting in and the general form of individuals and the team I think shows that we are on an upward curve.

“We’ve shown that we can compete and win games against decent sides and we need to keep doing that from here on in.”
