WILDER PLEASED WITH REACTION

22 March 2014

The views of the Cobblers boss

Chris Wilder was in a positive mood as he reflected on Saturday's 1-1 draw at Morecambe.

"It was a tight cagey game, we just couldn't quite get that second goal and if we'd have got that I think we would have gone on to win the game," he said.

"We had a couple of setbacks losing Leon McSweeney before the game and then Chris Hackett early on but hopefully they should both be okay for Tuesday.

"The players gave everything, the supporters wanted to see a reaction from Tuesday, I think they have seen that and I thank them for their support again.

"We've picked up a point and who knows how important that might be come the end of the season.

"The players are positive, they've shown that they are up for the fight and we've got two massive home games coming up this week now."
