Pre-match tournament for all under 7s to under 15s teams
Twice a season per age group we use the fantastic facilities at Goals Soccer Centres, with their 3G Astroturf courts, to host pre-match tournaments.
The tournaments are free for any group coming to watch the Cobblers, and consist of a group stage followed by a knockout; usually with both a Cup and a Plate competition. The tournaments run from 11.30am till 1.30pm, giving you a full afternoon of activity both playing and watching football.
For under-7s and 8s we put on non-competitive football festivals where we aim to give each team the maximum 40-minutes of football allowed by the FA, not forgetting a visit from our very own mascot, Clarence the Dragon, who may also have a treat or two for the little ones!!
The winners and runners up of each competition will be presented with a medal on the Sixfields pitch at half time!!
