Academy product will sign new contract at start of pre-season training
Northampton Town defender Connor Roberts will put pen to paper on his new contract when he returns for pre-season training next week.
The club and player have agreed terms on his first professional contract and Roberts will sign on the dotted line at Sixfields when pre-season begins.
Roberts, who will turn 18 next month, is a right back who is a product of the Northampton Town Academy and his signing means all players offered new terms at the end of last season will be remaining with the club for 2014/15.
