Left back signs two year contract at Sixfields
Northampton Town have signed defender Evan Horwood.
Left back Horwood, who left Tranmere Rovers earlier this week, has signed a 2 year deal at Sixfields.
"Evan did really well for us in the last 6 weeks of last season and we are pleased to have secured his signing," said boss Chris Wilder.
"He did well as part of a solid defensive unit and we also saw the threat he can pose going forward.
"He enjoyed his time here and I think it is a good move all round. He is another important part of the squad who we are pleased to have signed."
