Northampton Town chairman David Cardoza tells BBC Radio Northampton that new boss Chris Wilder's record of never being sacked and an impressive win ratio convinced him to bring in from Oxford United.

Northampton appoint Wilder
Northampton Town has appointed Chris Wilder as their new manager after agreeing compensation with Oxford United for his services. Northampton Chairman David Cardoza said on the club website: "I am delighted to be able to appoint Chris."
