The views of the Cobblers boss
Chris Wilder was pleased as he looked back on Tuesday night's 2-1 win at Torquay.
"It's a big three points and I was delighted with the performance," he said.
"The conditions weren't great but I was proud of the performance, the players put their bodies on the line and going forward I thought we looked a threat all night.
"At 2-1 we could have crumbled and gone under but that wasn't in us.
"We played smart football in the second half and in the end I felt we were pretty comfortable and deserved the three points."
