The views of the Cobblers boss
Cobblers boss Chris Wilder was pleased as he reflected on Saturday’s 2-0 home win over Hartlepool United.
“It was a good performance and a good result,” he said.
“Everybody played their part today, including the supporters and both individually and collectively I thought we were really good.
“You could see the belief going back into the team, we said at half-time that we didn’t want to sit back and even when we got the second goal we went looking for a third.
“You’ve got to enjoy your victories and we’ve given ourselves a fighting chance here if we keep putting in performances like that.”
