Offering youngsters the chance to play on the Sixfields pitch
We are now taking entries for the 2014 Cobblers Cup.
The Cobblers Cup is a football tournament for youth football teams that runs from U7’s through to U10’s with teams getting to play on the pitch at Sixfields, just like the pros and will take place on Saturday 24th and Sunday 25th May.
The tournament is 6 a side. Each u7 and u8 team will get the full 40 minutes of football allowed in a day, while u9 and u10 teams will each play in a 16 team competition. There are a maximum of 9 players in a squad with roll on, roll off substitutes.
There is plenty of other entertainment and a range activities happening on the day which will include bouncy castles, inflatable football, face painting, obstacle courses, sumo suits, fun zone, target football and more with plenty of food and refreshments.
Spaces are already filling up fast with previous entrants keen to return, so please acvt fast if you want to be part of what is sure to be a sell out weekend.
