Football League Youth Alliance action
The Northampton Town under 18s welcomed Gilliingham to Moulton College on Saturday in the Football League Youth Alliance.
The Cobblers raced in to a 2-0 half time lead with goals from Dodzi Agbenu and Robbie Parsons, but were pegged back in the second half to draw 2-2.
"I was delighted with the first half performance," said coach Craig Hinton.
"In the end we were disappointed not to win from that position. Gillingham came back in the second half and one or two decisions didn't go our way."
