The Cobblers boss on Carlisle United v Northampton Town
Cobblers boss Chris Wilder reflecting on Saturday’s game at Carlisle United.
“Generally I thought the performance was good and it was a good response from the players to last week but we need to be better in both boxes," he said.
"Our play going forward was decent and we had enough opportunities to win a couple of games but we didn't take them and at the moment we can't keep the ball out of our own net.
"We're not showing the quality that we should be but I can't fault the players application today and we just need to dig in through this period.
"We've got some good characters here and if we can just improve in both boxes we will turn this around."
