Duke set for recall with Archer suspended
Chris Wilder is backing both of his senior goalkeepers after last weekend's red card for Jordan Archer.
Archer will miss the visit of Plymouth with a one match ban, meaning a return to the side for Matt Duke.
“Jordan has done extremely well and for a young goalkeeper the incident at Southend was his first real mistake in 15/20 games for us," Wilder said.
“Matt comes in now though, he’s an experienced goalkeeper and I’m sure he will be determined to keep the shirt and the battle between the two of them can only help and drive them on."
