Buying or collecting a ticket? Important information here
Saturday is likely to be very busy at Sixfields, so if you are coming to the game, please bear in mind the following information.
With the East Stand not open, we have designated the lower north corner of the West Stand as the temporary family area. If you are coming to the game with children, this may be the area you choose to sit.
If you are looking to collect your season ticket ahead of kick off, please arrive early and visit the main Box Office. When collecting supporters are asked to please bring their season ticket receipts, or if they don't have a receipt, proof of identity with them. If a concession season ticket is being claimed on basis of age, proof of age is required when collecting the season ticket. Ie if an under 7 season ticket is being claimed, proof of the age of the under 7 is required when collecting. Supporters can collect on behalf of others if they are in receipt of the necessary receipts/proof of age.
If you are looking to buy or renew a membership, please do this from the club shop, but again please arrive early as it is expected to be very busy.
If you are collecting a match ticket for Saturday's game that you have ordered online or over the phone, this can be done from the portacabin outside the West Stand.
if you are looking to buy a ticket on arrival, if paying by cash then you can buy from the portacabin for either the North or West Stands while if you are paying by card please visit the main Box Office.
Finally, if you are looking to buy a ticket for any future games, including the away games at Wolves, York or Portsmouth, then please note this must be done before 2pm or after the game. From 2pm until kick off the main Box Office will be dealing with match tickets for Mansfield and season tickets only.
