WILDER - 'NOTHING ACHIEVED YET'

26 April 2014

The views of the Cobblers boss on Dagenham & Redbridge v Northampton Town

Cobblers boss Chris Wilder was quick to stress that nothing had been achieved after Saturday's 3-0 win at Dagenham.

"We couldn't have asked for anything more today," he said.

"We scored three quality goals and Ivan Toney and John Marquis set us off on the front foot.

"Ivan will get all the plaudits and rightly so but the job isn't done yet.

"The fans were terrific yet again and hopefully we will get a full house against Oxford next week.

"We had to play well to get a result today, the work ethic of the group was fantastic but now we need to make sure that we don't fall short next week.

"We will enjoy this win but we've still got a job to do and next week is massive for us. That has to be the focus and we need to play against Oxford like we did today with no nerves and play positive front foot football."
