One of the many schemes Northampton Town Football in the Community are proud to be associated with is the project working with adults over sixty years of age.
The project takes place at Sixfields every Monday from 10.30am to 12.30pm.
Extra Time has been taking place for three years and there are an average of eighteen people who take part. Activities this year have so far included boccia, curling, a walk around Upton, a talk on nutrition and health, multi sport activities, a quiz and making Easter cards.
