“Lee is suspended for Saturday,” confirmed boss Aidy Boothroyd.
“Kevin Amankwaah is making really good progress but Saturday might just come too soon for him.
“Ben Tozer was a key player for us last year, he lost his form a little bit but seeing him in training and in the games recently I think he is getting back to where he was and he has given himself a really good chance of coming back into the team.
“Matt Heath and Clive Platt are still not quite there yet and we are taking our time with Kelvin Langmead to make sure that he is one hundred per cent right.
“What we did with Kelvin is that we rushed him back to try and get him back for the play-offs, that has had a big detrimental effect on him and we are paying the price for that now.
“He has had a couple of setbacks but he has spoken to Andy Williams who is one of the best knee specialists in the country and we’ve got him on a programme now and we’ve got a plan for him.
“He is desperate to be back playing because that’s the sort of character that he is, I don’t want to put pressure on him by setting a date but I think we are definitely talking next year.”
