The views of the Cobblers boss
Cobblers boss Aidy Boothroyd was livid after the late 1-0 defeat at Plymouth.
"It's sickening and it's very irritating," he said.
"To lose a game in the last five minutes is just not acceptable and we need to make changes.
"I am really, really irritated with what I've seen in the last 5 minutes, you do not concede in the last 5 minutes and it's not good enough.
"You can't work hard all week and then just throw it all out of the window in the last few minutes.
"There is clearly a lot of work that needs to be done and there are also clearly changes that need to be made.
"We did really well for long periods of the game and stuck to the game plan just like we did at Rochdale and then lost the game because of our lack of discipline.
"We're not tough enough at this moment in time to go that extra round and see games out.
"I'm really annoyed with some of the players and I've got to do something about it.
"I look round the dressing room and I see players who are good enough but we take collective responsibility and it's my job to do something about it.
"Things have got to change and I will make sure that they will.
"This is the most annoyed I've been because I thought today we should have taken at least a point from the game and we threw it away.
"It's not a dressing room for the faint hearted right now, we've got some work to do and some points to earn and a cup tie to get through."
