Striker back in the squad
Northampton Town boss Aidy Boothroyd has confirmed that Lewis Wilson has returned to Sixfields at the end of his spell on loan at Kettering Town.
“Lewis has come back into the fold,” confirmed Boothroyd.
“He has done very well at Kettering and he’s proved that he can score goals.
“He won’t be starting for us but unfortunately and although we are not short of quality at the minute we are a bit short in terms of numbers.
“Ideally I would like Lewis to be playing regularly but at the moment we need him here and its up to him now to prove when he does get the opportunity that he is capable of scoring goals at league level.”
