Trio depart and Clarke Carlisle update
Loan trio Danny East, Henoc Mukendi and Chris Smith have all left Sixfields at the end of their loan spells and have returned to their parent clubs.

Meanwhile, Clarke Carlisle was unavailable for the New Year's Day game against Dagenham because his loan period had expired.
Clarke's contract with York ran out on December 30th, which means his loan also had to end then (his loan was not extended after that date because there was no club to loan him to us.)
The timings for registration deadlines for the game on New Year's Day meant only loan signings could be registered in time to play once the transfer window had opened. The deadline for signing any players who were not free agents at the closing of the August transfer window was noon the day before the game (ie noon on New Year's Eve), but of course the transfer window was not open then.
