David Cardoza full of praise for those who helped get Saturday's game on
Northampton Town Chairman David Cardoza has said a huge thank you to all supporters and volunteers who helped clear snow from the Sixfields pitch on Saturday morning allowing the game with Burton Albion to go ahead.
“Everyone at the club is hugely grateful to all who gave their time and effort to help us get the game on,” he said.
“The fact we did is a huge tribute to the club staff, the groundstaff and all of the supporters and volunteers who came to help us.
"They deserve a lot of credit and they have showed what fantastic supporters Northampton Town has.
"I would like to say a very big thank you."
