Cobblers boss pleased with form of Hackett and Guttridge
Aidy Boothroyd has been praising the form of Chris Hackett and Luke Guttridge as the Cobblers prepare for the final 15 games of the season, very much in with a chance of a top seven finish.
“Chris Hackett has been nominated for the League 2 player of the month, I think he is in the form of his career and he has been outstanding for us this season," said the Town boss.
“Because of Chris’s form teams are setting up against us differently which means we have to come up with a plan to get him on the ball more and in dangerous positions.
“Luke Guttridge is another big character who brings an awful lot to the team. He is very vocal on and off the pitch which I like and he organises others.
“He’s got himself back fit very quickly after the injury that he had and he is just really getting back into the groove now.”
