Cobblers boss on Platt and McLeod
Cobblers boss Aidy Boothroyd says the blossoming partnership between Clive Platt and Izale McLeod is a big plsy for his team.
“The partnership between Izale and Clive is working well, Izale feeds off Clive and they read each other’s game well," he said.
“Izale is always liable to score and if he gets us goals then he will have done his job.
“I think he’s enjoying himself, we’ve created a positive environment and the players are all looking up.
“I’m grateful for this opportunity to turn things around, my reputation is on the line and when your reputation is on the line you do everything you can to turn it around.”
