Be prepared for the play offs!
The new on-line Ticket Office, https://northamptontown.ecommzone.com, launched in the build up to the York City game and has been very well received.
The new system saw an increase in on-line orders by more than 300% based on matches on the previous system, despite the new service only going live around 72 hours before the York game, and we are on target to beat even that figure for the Barnet game.
In addition, the club will be selling general sale tickets for the home leg via the new on-line Ticket Office. Given the home leg could be as soon as five days after the Barnet game, and sales will begin quickly, we would recommend all non season ticket holders who will be looking to buy home leg play off tickets on-line registering to use the system ahead of the Barnet game to be prepared for the play off sales.
Improvements with the new system include being able to select an exact seat. In addition there is no extra charge for buying your ticket on-line!
If we have your email address on the Ticket Office system, please use the Existing User Registration button in the top right hand corner of the screen when using the service for the first time. We will then email your password to you. It is strongly suggested that the supplied password is changed via the Your Account button as soon as successful login has been completed.
If you haven't had an email (received April 9/10/11 approx) from us to say we have got your email address, you can register as a new user, although remember to check your junk email folder in case our email confirming we have your email address has ended up there!
Supporters for whom we don’t have an email address will need to use the 'Click here to register link' in the top right hand corner as a new customer and complete all mandatory fields in order to use the service.
Successful testing of the service has been completed on several platforms which are listed on the new site's home page. However it is recommended that the initial registration process is completed on PC or tablet rather than a hand held device. Supporters will need to register in order to use the service and complete all mandatory fields.
Tickets remain on sale on-line until 3 hours before kick off.
